It has a full liberty;
and does the cleanness of the fields compared to around the legend mean it has been cleaned? or can that happen with circulation?

The size of the pictures makes it hard, but I'd grade this VF-20. I'm not seeing anything that clearly indicates to me that it has been cleaned.
