amac44 Member United States 3242 Posts	Posted 10/21/2007 09:14 am If you find one that grade MS-69 it a Very rare high dollar coin. the highest mint stage Washington half graded by TPGs is MS-68 ICG may have one graded 69 but it wont be worth no more than a MS-68 coin graded by PCGS NCG or ANACS Report this Post to the Staff

It looks like something happened at 6 o clock on the obverse. I can't really tell what though.
