Hello All,

Would appreciate if the following information is valid and also if the coin is genuine. Current retail value of this coin would also be appreciated.

Roman Silver Denarius (Roman Republic) L. FLAMINI CILO, 109-108 BC

Silver Denarius struck in 109-108 BC and weighing 3.80 grams.

Helmeted head of Roma facing to the right. ROMA behind. The reverse shows Victory in a biga (two horse carriage). L. FLAMINI below, CILO in exergue.

Confirm-If-Genuine-Or-Not-Plus-Current-Retail-Value

Many thanks in advance for assisance I know is forthcoming per usual.

Mike.

Looks okay to me. If you don't mind me asking where did you get it from?
If it were genuine I would pay between $100-$130 for that coin. Hope that helps!

A large picture would help, buy from what I can see it looks fine. Value $125-$150 based on condition.

Looks genuine, fairly well centered although not struck on a large enough flan. I think retail would be around $120.

It has pretty nice detail and a good strike. I agree with echizento that it'd probably go in the 125-150 range, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it closer to the top of that range. It's a very nice coin.
