What is the current market value for the "1995 $5 Star Note from Atlanta"?

I checked the US Paper Money Red Book and the Atlanta Star note is the most expensive out of all of series 1995 printed at FW, even though it has the highest quantity printed (70,400,000) any body know why?

The Red Book priced it at $40 for Unc-63. Anyone else has better pricing source/reference?

I know that you can check for "past/previous auctions" at ebay and Heritage to get an idea of the price range; BUT I don't know how. Would someone please show me? Millions thanks.

on ebay you can click advanced search and tick the check box for copleted auctions only and that;ll bring up any completed auctions for what you search for. As for heritage, I dunno.

SilentAsian, send me an email later today through the forum to remind me. I have a few books at home, which I guess would be considered the "bibles" for note. I will look up values in there for you.

Just looked it up in Friedbergs guide. It says nothing special as to why it is so high compared to others. Pricing in here has EF at $25, and choiceUnc at $55.
