Both are from Mexico
Top one is a bi-metal one Peso 1996

Bottom one is 10 Centavo 1959.

Both are very common, not much value.

The 1 peso is a current issue, worth about 6 US cents at current exchange rates if you were to take it to Mexico and spend it. The 10 centavos is obsolete, from the old pre-1992 peso; it's theoretical face value is only a tiny fraction of a cent, so it only has collector / scrap metal value.

People in Mexico will usually scrap that obsolete coin by the bucket-full. Still worth keeping in my book, if anything just for the portrait of Benito Juarez, a great leader in Mexican history, also copper if you're into chocolate coins mmm yum.
