The target toned Morgan in the grading forum reminded me of one of my favorite target toned Morgans -- a "Tidy House" Morgan. I have about 5 of these, but this one has the best colors!

Nice Morgan CT. Any ideas how it got that toning pattern? Looks almost like rim toning, but obverse is more completely toned than reverse...
To what does "tidy house" refer?

Tidy House was a soap products company that gave away or sold these coins as promotions during the mid 1960s. Most were BU Morgans from newly distrubuted Treasury Bags. They were placed in cardboard inserts which, over time, toned the coins from the sulphur in the carboard.
