Please give me your opinions/grades. I've included 2 shots of the reverse because photograding is more art than science:

I also find grading proofs to be difficult, but I will do my best to give you an opinion. There is some hazing, so that will lower the grade somewhat, though I don't see hairlines or stray marks. I'd call it a PR65. I hope someone else chimes in so that I can see how I did.

Susan,

You will have to grade on a curve if you check yourself against me but I also like this one as a PR-65. If the reverse was not as milky I would go PR-66.

It is very hard to grade proofs from photographs ,,since somethings are amplified by the camera .

So strictly from the pictures

PR-64 the obverse fields show extensive hairlines as well as some spotting (one of the things which maybe exagerated in the pictures) the larger patch in front of Lincolns nose is the real hit for the obverse ,, the reverse is impaired by the spots with what appears to be about 60% of it affected, the area around the E of one cent is very eye catching .

Yes, proofs are very, very difficult to grade, especially by pictures. Looking at this coin in hand, I have it a PR64 to be conservative, but it might go PR65.

Thanks everyone!

BTW, I picked this up for a mere $21.00.
