MS64 but the obverse color looks odd.

I like the flow of the metal on the reverse. Nice effect. I would put this one at MS-64. There appears to be a flat spot in the "PL" on the rev. Also, I can't figure out if it is lighting or the coin but there seems to be a planchet or strike anomaly at 12:00 on the obv. Nice spare.

The color looks odd because I'm experimenting with some new lighting and cam settings. Here's the true color:
