I received this coin from a friend. I have no idea where to even start with Roman coins. It says 150-200 AD but I don't know how reliable that is. Any help is appreciated.

Hello and welcome.

We might need to ask you to take it out of the 2x2 and take new photos, because it's hard to read the inscriptions through the plastic.

I think is Lucius Verus, because face seems to his portrait and I read ARM(ENIACVS) and this is a title used for this emperor (161-169 AD).

to the community.

I agree Lucius Verus.

I'm going to move this over to the Ancient coin section for more replies.

That is exactly it! Thanks for all the help guys. I'm not much of a coin collector but this one has really caught my imagination.
