Most 1793 cents are very worn and many times damaged. I as a general rule don't give advice on values or worth of coins here on the forum, sorry.

That's Shawn Yancey, somebody I have no trouble recommending as a dealer. I feel he's asking a bit much for this one - I should expect PCGS VG10 at this price, and a good one. This coin is - my opinion - not great as a VG8.

That is what a G6/VG7 looks like taking into account the surface nicks. Also, the price is certainly high, specially considering this is the S-9, most common 1793 wreath cent.
