Crowned while still in the womb Shappur II was one of the longest reigning monarchs in history, ruling AD 309-379.
I found this neat little coin, the planchet is extremely small and the coin feels like a republic denari. As an added bonus the coin has the flaming head of Ahura Mazda in the fire altar. I thought that was great.
