1942 Cent Double 42 - Coin Community Forum

One50 Valued Member United States 361 Posts	Posted 03/12/2015 10:42 pm I picked this up today for $3.00 I though it would be a fun addition to my WWII set. The coin must have been in an album as the Rev. is blazing. The Obv. is toned red/purple hue. The 42 has a little doubling going on. What do you think? Report this Post to the Staff

Because you see the dye flow so well that makes this coin a VLDS. Because it's a VLDS the detail closer towards the rim gets a little goofy sometimes. Am I tracking with you? EDS coins will not show flow lines? Or at least very minimal. Report this Post to the Staff
