From here it looks like Machine Doubling. Better/bigger pictures would help

And here I am making the same mistake I don't like . I need to explain so you can see too. But see ,especially on the B in liberty, how it is all flat and shelf like. That is a huge pointer to MD or Machine Doubling. The other thing is look at the b again or the Y and where the shelf comes off the device there is no separation on the corners you should see basically too points in most occasions. Last but not least the device itself it made smaller by the MD if it where doubling it would be made bigger.
