There is nothing special about this coin. There may be slight Strike Doubling in the 7, but as has been said before, this is common and is not considered an error or a variety.

I strongly suggest looking at the varieties and errors listed on coppercoins.com prior to posting here. I also recommend purchasing the book "Looking Through Lincoln Cents" by Chuck Daughtrey to get a better understanding of true varieties and errors and what to look for.

It looks like a die crack/chip is starting on the cross bar and the top of the 0. Just a normal step in die wear. Nice avatar.
