Nope:-) It is an effect that we see on cents minted since the later part of 1982. The cents are zinc with a copper plating. Sometimes the plating moves when a coin is struck , giving the appearance of doubling.
In some cases, the die breaks through the copper plating and the underlying zinc is exposed.
Your coin does not exhibit any of the valuable forms of doubling.
