There is more doubling on the observe and reverse but I couldn't get any clearer pics than the ones I posted once I cropped.

It's normal. If you look through a couple hundred 1968 cents you will notice that this form of Machine Doubling is common. The letters were shoved to one side when the coin was struck. It's not hub doubling.

amac44 thanks for the pics though I don't think the coin I posted has the same kind of doubling.
Coppercoins in your reply are mentioning my coin, amacs44 or both coins?

Thingee's coin is as Chuck says. Mechanical Doubling. The bottom picture of Amac44s pic is too blurry to tell anything.
