To me the rim looks affected and I see striation lines, but the clip doesn't go all the way through. ?

To me yes,I see wear on the REV between what is now missing.

Maybe a bit of a Greaser on the Rev. The OBV is PMD.

I read the " Illinois quarter clipped" it was PMD but different metal on inside. that doesn't apply here. what's up with that?
