Silver price is the best you can get for it in that condition:
Check for current silver prices.

I,ve metal detected almost a pound of silver coins and all have come up in same condition as when dropped. gold and silver does that. your coin must have been like that when dropped. silver is under 16 a troy now. on second thought, this quarter might not have been dropped, it may have been thrown on ground. lol
