25, I think. Curiously I bet they decided this toning was OK even though it's on a circulated coin. It seems like perfect album toning to me.

Hint 1- SD is correct as usual, it is NOT a details slab as they must have thought it was album toning which was my tHoughton as well.

Hint 2- My guess is everyone will be flabbergasted at the grade

Possibly so, because I consider it a poster child for the grade, although neither face is exactly there. The obverse is too low, the reverse maybe too high but the levels of wear are close enough to think them righteous.

In my opinion, VF-20.

Appears to be around a VF-20 but your comment makes me think they might have graded it much higher. Maybe somewhere around the EF-40 area. I think it has been cleaned and is at best borderline market acceptable.

Ok so maybe "flabbergasted" was extreem but in comparison to the other ngc one posted at the same grade... wth?... ngc one looks a grade or two up than mine and pcgs is supposed to be the more stingy TPG. Maybe rainbow toning no matter how small will jump the grade lol

The reverse certainly helped the grade. That is a pretty clean reverse for a circulated Morgan.
