Hi all, found this one this weekend and it has me stumped. I am seeing a tilted step under the statue. First glance I thought it was damage, but it looks too clean under the loupe. Thought for a moment that it was a die clash, but after looking at an overlay that theory went out the window. I don't believe it to be a true doubled die. Any opinions?

Looks to regular for a die chip.
I'm leaning towards a die scratch or die damage.

Does it continue down to the left below the memorial steps?

All I could find is what I have shown in the pic. I can try to take more pics at different angles and such when I get home tonight, if anyone needs to see better pics.

Probably a die dent. The bays are the outside edge of the die. So any damage to the die would show there first. The other areas are recessed into the die. So just the field area would be damaged if a die got dropped onto this die.
