The only "gold" note that I know is the chervonets which means 10 rubles in gold. Still quite interesting. That 189-90 number was assigned to the bill. It stated it as a 5 gold ruble. ? I'll try searching some more. Maybe they meant to say chevronet. I always find the weird stuff :) Took me a while to even find out what part of russia it was from etc. It was with some of my grandfathers coins etc. He was in WWI. Report this Post to the Staff
