At first glance it looked like a D but, I would say it is a 1914S

Thanks guys! Shasta that's exactly where I was-thinkn/hoping it was a D lol-but after I looked over my own pics last night I'm in total agreement with you guys appreciate it...bank roll find couple months ago

First impression 14S. Is there anything you can do to bring out the date better? Of course I'd never suggest any kind of cleaning, but it's already a details coin :-)

I'm afraid to do anything really it's in such rough shape as it is-any suggestions? When I'm home from work tonight I have some distilled water I can rinse it,think that may bring the MM out some?

Well thanks for all the opinions looks like I'll never really know lol-asked the wife and kids and couple other people just for fun-predominantly the concensus was 14 D and S...got one 1910 D and another 1918 D besides Thad-I also can see the possibility of 18,oh well...
