Hello and welcome.

It's not a coin. This is a South-east Asian Islamic "pilgrim's token", mostly made and used in Malaysia and Indonesia. They are given to Muslims going on their pilgrimage to Mecca, and also used as a general "lucky charm" or "magic coin". You can see some similar pieces on these zeno.ru pages.
