Heres my only Magnus Maximus siliqua. Well, some of one, anyway.

And this is supposed to be Flavius Victor. I bought it cheap under the assumption it isn't, but it seems only Flavius had campgates issued from this mint and the bust is quite youthful, so who knows.

Just an additional one, as an AE2 of Arcadius came up. AE2s continued to be issued right up to Anastasius' reform - they are very rare and the late ones are exclusively from the Cherson mint. Heres an AE2 of Zeno.

Here is a good picture I found that illustrates the evolution of the Roman Army over a few centuries.

Sweet Valentinian!
He ( Valentinian) was one of the last great Emperors of Rome. With a few exceptions ( Magnus Maximus, Majorian) the Emperors after Valentinian, tended to hide behind the swamps of Ravenna instead of being present on the field of battle.
