BlueSolo Pillar of the Community United States 740 Posts	Posted 03/20/2015 01:17 am Hello everyone! I found this clipped planchet in a box of $2,000. I'm still learning but I believe it is a clipped and not PMD because of the deformation on the opposite side of the clip (Blakesley effect?) and the stretching of the letters nearby the clip that move towards the clip. ErrorCoins222 Pillar of the Community United States 1699 Posts	Posted 03/20/2015 03:46 am I'n glad you were able to identify it as a legitimate clip by going beyond noticing the presence of the Blakeskey Effect. BlueSolo Pillar of the Community United States 740 Posts	Posted 03/20/2015 8:23 pm Haha yeah, they offered for me to take 2 trips to my car and I agreed but then they left me with the boxes standing at an empty counter off to the side. Although I'm sure no one would have been able to take them and run off I didn't feel comfortable leaving them there without a teller nearby. Lesson learned :) Report this Post to the Staff
