I think the bag marks above IGWT hold this to MS-65.
Still a stunning piece though with great toning

excellent lustre. Looks good on the screen at 3x, but at 10x, which is the power of the loupe that graders use, enough dings show up to make this coin MS63 or 4.

With the chatter above ICWT my first thought was 63, but (to me) the eye appeal is off the charts. How old is that PCGS slab anyway? Looks like the label was printed on dot matrix. 64+ today?

It's a PCGS green rattler. Used from Feb of 1986 when PCGS opened until Sept 1989 when changes were made due to counterfeiting.
There were some "white label" rattlers distributed because their paper supplier sent the wrong color labels initially.
