Always nice to see these when they have a nice even patina and toning... so many coins like these were unnecessarily dipped in years past...

I agree it is not an ICCS 45. It is a PCGS 45 and should be priced accordingly. A nice original coin. I'm sure it looks better in a PCGS slab than through two layers of plastic.

EF-40 would be a stretch, XF-45 is a joke.

I think there is a very good chance that it would cross at ICCS as EF45.

The title says 1906, but the coin is a 1908? Nice coin, and good price, I think.
