those are bag marks from the reeding of other dollars hitting your coin. it is very common sadly.

Don't you just love when you carefully get a coin ready for photographing and you look at the photos, There's dust on that coin. I just cleaned it. How did that get there?

I get the same thing, but instead of dust, I get white cat hair.... I am sure there are a few strands in my ebay listings...
