Just picked up my first capped bust half. Any opinions on grade? Also, what do you think a fair price paid for this would be? Not sure if I overpaid or not, since I have never bought one before. I know she's not the prettiest but I like it! Thanks in advance

It looks nice and at a good price. The one I showed(1821) is super polished and not something you want in a collection. Here is a VF-25 from NGC for you to compare with. I paid $90 back in June.
