Another rescue from the "tray of shame" - it was the best one in there this morning, but it's still nothing to write home about. A bit of gold toning on the periphery, but overall full blazing mint luster. While uncirculated, it's terribly "baggy" with an awful lot of chatter, albeit nowhere is it really deeply gouged, with perhaps just a single particularly egregious or distracting mark on Liberty's chin (I've included a special closeup shot that highlights the degree of facial marring, as these flaws just weren't showing up well enough in the standard obverse photo). Rest assured that has previously been the case, the price was right, corresponding to that charged for "cull" bin examples elsewhere.

My evaluation in hand is (as I said above) that it's uncirculated. I can find no evidence whatsoever that there's any high point abrasion or improper hndling that would take it down into the AU range. That said, it's so extensively bagmarked (the crispness of which just reinforces the judgment of its not having been in circulation) that MS61 seems like its ceiling. This is a coin that actually might look better if it was a slider, as the smaller bagmarks could've been somewhat blended in.
