Obverse: might this be a crack or struck through - which? It is raised and cannot be moved with a toothpick.

Reverse: Are these polishing lines around ONE CENT? They are raised.

I'm inclined to think them polishing lines because were they brushmarks your pics should clearly show them extending across the letters. Note the die crack from the O across the top of the N. Think the obverse is another crack as well.

If they flow behind the devices, they are die scratches.

If the flow over the devices, they are coin scratches. (or a die crack)
