This is from the 20th anniv 1979-1999 sets. I have a MS66 price but cant find any reference for SP65?

Am I to presume there is no reference to this coin in SP65 state?

Well it's a 'typo' from either CCCS or Charlton. Sorry, I don't have the set COA to see if there is any more useful information on it. Thre's nothing useful in the annual report. My eyes aren't good enough anymore to tell from the pictures but maybe you can tell. If it's a parallel lined background it's a bullion finish (MS) and if it's a satin background it's Specimen.

Kuh 85, thanks for taking a look. It is more of a satin finish and reason for the SP grade from CCCS. I cant find any reference to get a value on it so for now it is in the orphanage.

Per the Charlton reference, these coins have a "bullion finish - a brilliant relief on a parallel lined background." Only one type of finish was issued.

The "SP" vs. "MS" designation could be the way CCCS has decided to designate the coins (correctly or incorrectly). Have you contacted them to confirm the "SP" designation?
