Topher Pillar of the Community Canada 965 Posts	Posted 11/15/2007 9:18 pm The "A" in REGINA will point to a bead if it's the large bead variety, and will point in between two beads for the small bead variety. That's probably the easiest way to tell the difference. Report this Post to the Staff

bromac Valued Member Canada 195 Posts	Posted 11/16/2007 10:39 pm According to the Charlton catalogue the large beads variety has the jewel at the back of the Queen's crown detached. For the small beads the jewel remains attached. The large beads example is quite rare, getting into the thousands of dollars for MS grades.
