Was wondering about the back of this quarter on the word. SPIRIT. Any thoughts?

Those devices there are incuse in the design. So when a contact mark happens it leaves the indentation without affecting the devices. Just like on the shield cents you see contact marks on the EPU:

When you turn the coin like you did, you can see the mark above the devices. These devices are deeper into the coin.

So an incuse is common. Not worth my tine?

Incuse if the devices pressed into the coin. Normal for this year. On the die, the devices are raised instead of in a recessed into the die. Note the die on the right you can see the EPU is raised on the die:

When the devices are raised on the die, the devices are incuse on the coin.
When devices are incuse on the die, they are raised on the coin. Hope this helps.

So your coin is common. Spendable from what I can see.
