This 1922 No D is a fake and I'm assuming that the 1893CC, and the 1877 IHC they recently sold are fakes also. I reported them to ebay, but please feel free to also report so we can take them down.

We could all try and try but like so many other things, fake coins will be around for as long as there are places to sell them.

It's a matter of knowing the 4 die pairs used for the "No D" 1922's. Here's all you need to know:

The coin in question here most resembles Die #2 (the only one with this strong a reverse) but the L in LIBERTY is a dead giveaway by being spaced from the rim. Ain't a chance the coin is real. The other pickups are hidden by the images - it would be even more plain if the pics were good.
