This dime just don't look right. Any thoughts? It seems like all these 1982 coins are just popping up. Just don't have the 1982 nickel.

Sorry that's my 1993 LIBERTY dime,also weird looking. Picture of the 1982 dime coming up.

I just enlarged this 1993 LIBERTY. On the top above his head looks like writing and some numbers. Can anyone else see that?
