It's a Rome commemerative issue. Pretty sure it's from Cyzicus 330-346 AD but I'm not as good at mint marks as some on here. 20 is a little highish; it's a pretty common coin. Not a terrible deal though.

Mint mark "SMKP" (Sacra Moneta Kizicus officina Prima) or translated into english "Holy Coin from the first mint branch of Kizicus)

Sometimes this kind of coin shows one simbol between the two stars (branch, heart, thunderbolt...), those coins are more interesting...

It has nice detail, but $20 is just a little high.

Well, I´m in Spain so prices...
...prices are quite differents but...
I usually pay about 3-5 € for a coin like this one...

I have something that made a friend...
It was a study about identifiying what was the mint by the she-wolf type...
