It's from the city of Apollonia, in what is now Albania. The city's name, APOL, is upside-down at the bottom of your second picture. The rest of the text names the two magistrates at the time the coin was issued: "Aristen" and "Koloiou". Unfortunately, while an apparently complete list of magistrates names can be assembled from studying the coinage (yours is listed on the Wildwinds page as "Ceka 20"), we don't yet know an accurate chronology of these names, so we can't narrow down the date any further than "sometime between 229 BC and 30 BC". I'll move this to the Ancients forum for you.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

the 3 first coins are from the Greek city of Dyrrhachium in Illyria . The fourth is a Parthian coin . The easiest way to make the difference between coins from Apollonia and Dyrrh. is looking the obverse : Cow with suckling calf standing right = Dyrrh. , cow standing left with suckling calf = Apollonia .It is not always true, but very often. On the reverse you have always with this kind of drachme a double stellate pattern with letters around :the name of the citi : APO or DYR and on three sides the name of the magistrate . 1.obv :name TETOS mintmaster cow at right under :grapes , at right ear of corn , rev : DYR (at left)/ DA /ME /NOS :Damenos magistrate , this coin is not on Cekas list 2:obv:EXEPHRON mintmaster , cow ,under : grapes , left club , right ; ear of corn, rev : DYR ( under) /AS / KLA/ POU : Asklepos magistrate , Ceka 193 3:obv : PANKRATES mintmaster, cow , under caduceus , rev : DYR (at right),DIO/DOROY : diodoros magistrate Ceka 366. 4: Parthian : on the reverse : basileos basileon / right : Arsakou / under : euergetou / left : epiphanous second line : philellenos :king of the kings , Arsakos ,benefactor, the noble ,the Greek-loving , under the bow : monogram AT.,sitting archer at right .I don t have my book on Parthian coins here for the moment , but I am sure the will will be identificated soon . albert

Agreed, Albert. Looks like the torque may end in a seahorse...thus Sellwood 38.3 for the Parthian.
