I was noticing a post about the two feather
Buffalo nickel and wondered what are they talking about. So I searched the internet for more information about these and came up with this:

If the clash occurred in the vicinity of the Indian's small feather, the small feather may have been removed when a mint employee attempted to remove the evidence of the die clash.
Another die over polished! But this is considered collectable? (another coin to add to my overpolished/over priced coins and not really a die variety list)
