Standard Guide to Small Size U. S. Paper Money 10th edition by Shwartz and Lindquist.
Paper Money of the United States 20th edition by Arthur L. Friedburg (This one pretty much has everything. Large size, small size, fractional, colonial, etc.)
A Guide Book of United States Paper Money, Fourth Edition
Thanks for the suggestions (and for the question). I'll have to pick at least one of those up myself since I'm starting out on U.S. Currency collecting!
It's a good site, but in my opinion it is way too broad and doesn't list stars or even signature combos. You could have a $200 dollar note just because of certain signatures on the bill, but then look at that site and see that it says it's only worth $50 because it lumps everything into one year. This is especially important for large size notes.
