Are the GSA holders sonically sealed? If not, couldn't someone just crack the 67 and put it in a GSA holder and submit it?

The GSA holders have to be destroyed to open.

NGC has more GSA 1884-CC's graded than 1878-P's of all types. And they carry a premium.

The funny thing is, the same people that cracked out all of the PQ GSA dollars to get them slabbed are now selling the PQ examples that remain at steep premiums.
