Is what and error? I'm not sure what your looking at but if it is the 8 and the 9 and the 6 having a little extra metal in it. That would be a die chip and it is fairly common . It is an error just doesn't command a premium. It also looks like there might be a die crack going down the center device but not familiar with at particular quarter

It looks like die damage from a clash. I need to see an overlay to see what might have happened and the date and the bottom of the bust fall on the same area. So it might have chipped these devices during a clash:

Note how the bottom of the bust and the date falls in the same location? I wondered why the chips were isolated like that.
