The details are a little blurry but I will take a stab anyway. There are a couple of nice hits on George's throat. There seems to be some contact marks on the reverse. Without clearer details I will say MS-63.

Not knowing this type of coin, where would normal wear marks be on this type of coin if it was circulated?
