Send it off to PCGS and see what it comes back at...

My opinion would be "1939 Reverse of '40 MS65FS"

I know it has been mentioned that it wouldn't be be worth it to send it in (the PCGS price guide says $65 for a '39 rev. of '40 MS65 FS), but I would tend to disagree. My logic is simple- I only paid 5 cents for it, so if it comes back worth more than the fee, it is worth it. That way I can keep it or sell it if I want.
