Good day all , I was looking for some info on these coins for sale . I have checked the 67 ed of Charlton to see if they mention these but they do not speak of any error . Is this fake ?

Pacificoin , that what I thought , the seller is making this out to be something special as if coins are made flawless .I have seen this a lot on ebay .I guess if it was so special the price would be higher and there would be bidding wars . Thanks for the reply
