it is a zincoln plain and simple lol. give it a bit more time and you will have nothing but a hollow copper shell. they all do it or will if they are not protected. I have seen 2006 like that already
CAUSE= air got to the zinc and it is dissolving it is a chemical thing and for the info for that you will have to wait on one of the many Chem guys we have here on site Good Luck Gary
The bumps is from a poor rinse techniques that several of the 80's Cents suffered. It is best to find good examples for the 80's coins. The crapped up ones happen too much. You still see that on coins today, but not as rare as it happened on the copper plated Zinc Cents of the mid 80's.
