I need some opinions on what I should bid on this 2 cent coin I am chasing. It is this one: 381205916738

Please if you see anything about this coins surface please point it out. I am trying to acquire a type set of 19th century coins and this is the first one I am after. I am still want to get a 3 cent silver coin for a fair price as well.

Thanks all.

It has some corrosion issues you will need to halt.

AU I'll agree with, but I think ++ is an exaggeration.
It has corrosion on the obverse; Verdi-care I guess would solve that.
But I'm leery of that sort of treatment.

The price at the moment is VERY good.
Rest in Peace

Yes a little corrosion , you can tame it but cannot take it away 100%. don't worry ,not that big to lose sleep over. all and all it's a nice AU-55-58 two center.

Keep in mind there are 4 days left in the auction; that nice price will probably not be so nice to win it.
