lim118,

what you show is a 1892, $10.00, Gold Eagle. It has a mintage of 797,552 pieces. Its gold content is 90% with about a half ounce of pure gold. The coin would grade a high AU to an MS. Hard to tell by a picture.

Howdy Lim,
To amplify on Catman's comments-it is a pretty coin. I don't know strike characteristics of liberty eagles well enough to comment on that aspect. From your pic, it looks like at least au-58 to me. If it is MS, it is 60-62. I don't have an up to date graysheet (coin dealer newletter) but heritage auction archives shows about $ (USD)250 for a 58(but gold spot has increased of late so a 58 would be worth more- has almost a half ozof gold content) about 450 for a MS62.
