Well, for an EF grade on Walkers you need a fully-outlined breastplate for Liberty; you coin doesn't meet this criterion. For F-12 you need a partial outline of Liberty's right breast; your coin has this, plus a hint of outline for the left side. I don't think it quite reaches VF-20. In fact, it looks like a close match for my 1920-D Walker which is (conservatively) graded F-15 by PCGS, so that's the grade I'll pick. A coin like this will optimistically be called choice VF (or better!) on ebay. As a semi-key date, it ought to easily fetch $100+ if you were to sell it.
