I don't see the A + M connected, so I am going to say small letter variety. You can probably see it better in hand.

I see a small letter variety.

Here's examples of both: What do you think? (I find it's easy to tell the difference between the two types if you compare the A's and E's in the legend. They're completely different, IMO).
